Which browser is better opera or firefox??

I say go with Opera. And I completely agree with treego14 on the plugin and extension issue.

Just to add, opera has tons and tons of features and u can customize anything to suit ur needs. One feature thats sooo cool is the Mouse Gestures through which u can navigate through web pages by simply clicking a combination of mouse buttons anywhere on the browser window- u need not click the Back, Next etc buttons. Thats very handy.

Firefox is more suitable for developers. But don't take my word for it! Just try it for a week and see if u are not smitten by the 'opera bug.'

Opera is the best, in my opinion.

Firefox relies on a lot of 3rd party extensions to make it more feature complete. Opera comes with all features included. There is no need for a bunch of 3rd party developed stuff to bring the browser up to speed, so-to-speak, which may or may not work properly because the 3rd party developers may or may not keep up to speed with Firefox development.
