The main music colleges in London are:

Royal Academy

Royal College of Music

Guildhall School of Music and Drama

Trinity

but also have a look at the Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff, the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester and the Birmingham Conservatoire.

I think most of them do a general undergraduate music course, and then you can do postgraduate courses that specialise in opera.
You could also do a part-time diploma in opera singing at Birkbeck College in London. Or try the Morley College opera class.

The big music colleges that another person has listed are correct, but are very competitive and expensive to get into. I know, I went to one.
